Injector Cleaning Service - 1 Injector

We provide cutting-edge injector cleaning for all types of petrol GDI & port injectors using the world leading injector diagnostic equipment from ASNU.

This allows us to carry out flow testing, spray pattern testing & ultrasonic cleaning on injectors.

Not only do we test the injectors whilst they are removed, but we will also fit brand new ASNU top injector seals, graphite shaft seals and up-rated stainless steel wire mesh filter baskets at the same time due to the OE ones breaking down over time.

A leaking or faulty injector can cause extensive damage to the engine.

Spray pattern & flow rate analysis

Whilst testing your injectors flow rate, we can also carefully examine your injectors spray pattern. If an injector has not got the correct spray pattern, it will not be fueling correctly or giving an equal coverage over the valves, or piston.

If this is ignored then it could lead to engine damage.

Each injector that has been tested will come with a full report showing the flow test results.
