Returns and Refunds

Thank you for purchasing products from our small business Pip Automotive LTD. We (Pip Automotive LTD) are a distributor for many top quality, genuine parts. We strive to offer genuine, top quality products for your VAG platfrom vehicle and a supreme after sales service but if you do find yourself in the position where you would like to the return goods, we are here to help. 

We (Pip Automotive LTD) try our best to ensure correct product listings but there are always exceptions to the rule and no listing can be 100% accurate at all times. The best advice that we can give is to visually check to see if any parts you have ordered indeed fit BEFORE the disassembling of your vehicle.

Products Incorrect / Damaged / Faulty
You must let us (Pip Automotive LTD) know of any damage or missed products within 3 working days of receipt of your order. If items are missing from your order, it's most likely that they are on backorder and will be despatched when in stock. You will always be notified if this is the case from one our friendly team. We (Pip Automotive LTD) are always happy to clarify this for you if you get in touch.

Products No Longer Required / Ordered by Mistake / Not Correct for Vehicle 

You have 30 days to return unwanted items to us that are unused and in their original condition with proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt or order confirmation email). Some omissions may apply. BEFORE returning the item/s we will give you a returns number to help us with processing your return and identifying said return. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we would recommend using a tracked/insured courier service and we accept no liability for orders returned with no proof of delivery.
