AKS Tuning High Flow Injectors For EA113 2.0 TFSI Engines - AKSHFI002

AKS  have been offering high flow injectors for the TFSI platform for many years, and in Summer 2025 they excitedly  introduced their newest 'MK2' variant. The previous 'MK1' variant high flow injectors were made using Hitachi OE style K04 injectors, the new 'MK2' variant instead began the journey to big power as brand new, genuine VAG K04 injectors, part number - 06F906036F. They then set about modifying each injector to turn them into a higher flow item, ready for all high power TFSI builds from K04 hybrids to Nortech turbo kits!

Every single injector is tested and flow rated, which enabled them to provide the injectors to you in flow matched sets. Stainless steel filter baskets - K03/4BASKET - are also fitted to get rid of the inferior factory fit plastic baskets these injectors come with. They also fit genuine VAG injector Seals and clips, part number - 06D998907.

Because the injectors start life as a TFSI fitment part, they are direct fitment in all transverse, EA113 2.0 TFSI engines. No need for any kind of cylinder head or wiring modifications, unlike required for fitting 8P / 8V1 RS3 injectors. (A popular method for bigger power cars before high flow injectors really kicked off)

The spray pattern of the injectors matches the stock, unmodified item. This minimises any cold start, idle and black smoke issues. 

These injectors will be suitable for builds using K04 hybrid turbo's, such as TTE420 or TTE480 turbos. Also bigger power tubular manifold / Nortech turbo kits using large frame Garrett, Precision Turbos, etc.
