Genuine VAG 2.0TFSi Fuel Pump Cam Follower - 06D109309J

The high pressure fuel pump in the 2.0 TFSi engine can wear out over time because the pump is driven by a small metal part called a cam follower. This follower and the camshaft lobe it rides on can wear down, especially if not checked regularly.

To fix this issue, Volkswagen and Audi made the cam lobe stronger starting from 2006. However, this wear problem can still happen on both standard and modified engines - its not just caused by remapping or performance tuning. Driving at high RPM for long periods ( like on track days) can make the parts wear out faster.

Initially, you will send us your injectors at your own cost. We recommend that you send them with a carrier that provides insurance in the unlikely event that they are lost in transit.

Once your injectors are finished, we will send them back to you using a next day special delivery service. This charge is £12 inc VAT.
